- Dust with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid solvent-based or abrasive cleaners.
- Wipe brass and metalware with a dry cloth; use a proprietary polish sparingly and never on lacquered finishes.
- Keep out of prolonged direct sunlight to prevent fading or warping.
- Hand-wash ceramics and glass; avoid the dishwasher and sudden temperature changes.
- Natural variation in grain, colour and finish is a mark of handwork, not a defect.

Duties on international orders

Transit damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photographs, and is covered in full.

When will it arrive?

How is it packed?
Foam-wrapped, cushioned, corner-guarded and boxed, with custom crating for marble and fragile pieces. Every shipment is fully insured and photographed at quality check before dispatch.
Will it look the same as the photograph?
Close, but not identical. These are handmade objects, so variation in grain, colour, finish and small irregularities are part of the work rather than flaws.
