Warranty Policies

Peacocklife furniture comes with a warranty of 2 years from the date of purchase against manufacturing defects under normal usage conditions. The warranty includes free service & repair, part replacement if needed.

The warranty does not include –

• Scratches, dents, stains, breakage and normal wear and tear of the product during usage
•  Damage and breakage caused by impact, accidents, transportation from one place to another or events outside of human control.
• Products that are inappropriately used or cleaned using wrong cleaning methods or cleaning material.
• No warranty on upholstery, coverings, or cushion covers.
• Damages due to the usage of the product beyond its intended use, wear and tear that occurs in the natural course of product usage.
• Fungus will not be covered under warranty due to climatic conditions such as excess moisture/humidity, improper ventilation in the room, dampness in the wall, and failure to perform periodic dusting/cleaning of the product. 
• No warranty on Electric components like led strips; lighting, USB port, plug points etc.
• No warranty on Glass, Mirror
