Care
Draft — replace with your studio's care copy.
- Vacuum upholstery weekly on a low setting; rotate and plump cushions to keep the fill even.
- Blot spills immediately with a dry cloth. Do not rub. Professional cleaning is recommended for set stains.
- Keep the piece out of direct sunlight to prevent fading of natural fibres.
- Dust timber with a soft dry cloth. Avoid solvent-based cleaners on polished surfaces.

Made-to-order furniture is built and delivered in 6-7 weeks; international made-to-order items take 6-8 weeks. In-stock items ship within 5-7 business days in India and 10-15 business days internationally.
Duties on international orders
US: no duty. UK: no duty below GBP 135, 2.5% between GBP 135 and GBP 630. UAE and GCC: 5% flat on order value.
Returns
Made-to-order furniture is built to your specification and is not eligible for return or exchange.
Unused in-stock items in original condition may be returned within 5 days of delivery for store credit. To raise a request, write to info@peacocklife.com with your order number, or message us on WhatsApp.
Warranty
Peacocklife furniture comes with a warranty of 2 years from the date of purchase against manufacturing defects under normal usage conditions. The warranty includes free service & repair, part replacement if needed.

Packed like it is irreplaceable
Every Peacock Life order is packed in high-grade protective materials and fully insured against damage — because a six to seven week wait should never end with a scratch.
A simplified view of the layered protection. Each piece is wrapped, cushioned, corner-guarded, crated on a pallet and QC-photographed before it leaves the atelier.

Why does it take 6-7 weeks?
Because nothing is pre-made. The moment you order, our craftsmen begin building your piece by hand in our Mumbai atelier. The wait is the reason for the quality, not a compromise on it.
What does the price include?
The listed price includes fabric up to ₹1,000 per metre. Premium fabrics, embellishments and accessories are billed as per actuals, confirmed with you in writing before we begin.
Can I use my own fabric, or a size you do not list?
Yes. Send us the cloth, a reference, or the dimensions you need and the atelier will confirm feasibility, meterage, price and lead time within one working day.
Can a made-to-order piece be returned?
No. Pieces built to your specification are not eligible for return or exchange. Unused in-stock items in original condition may be returned within 5 days of delivery for store credit.
What happens on delivery day?
Shipping is free on all products. Your piece arrives foam-wrapped and crated, fully insured, with pre-dispatch quality-check photographs on record. Our team places it in the room and takes the packaging away.
Is there a warranty?
Peacock Life furniture carries a 2-year warranty from the date of purchase against manufacturing defects under normal use, including free service, repair and part replacement.
